Emma Novak Renner

Emma Novak Christensen is a specialist in family and inheritance law and provides advice with a high level of professional expertise and strong human insight. She has extensive experience in cases concerning custody, residence and contact, spousal maintenance, as well as division of assets, divorce and other conflicts in connection with relationship breakdown.

Emma is passionate about de-escalating conflicts and creating lasting solutions – especially in cases involving children and divorces, where emotions and crisis often run high. With an eye for both the law and the human aspects behind the case, she helps her clients find a way forward and establish sustainable cooperation after the break-up.

She works with all aspects of inheritance law and assists heirs with estate administration in both private and public probate proceedings, as well as in cases concerning abuse of an undivided estate and similar issues.

In 2016, Emma founded the legal company Replik A/S (formerly Familie Testamente A/S), which today is one of Denmark’s leading legal advisory firms within family and inheritance law. The company employs approx. 30 highly specialised lawyers (cand.jur.) and law students.

Emma is a trained mediator, works as a mediator and is currently an alternate member of Danske Mediatoradvokater.
