Nikolaj has more than 20 years of experience in the legal sector, including both national and international practice. He has previously worked at two UK law firms as well as a firm with offices across the Nordics and the Baltics.
He advises on corporate transactions, financial transactions and fintech companies, commercial contracts, startups and scale-ups, entrepreneurship, and international projects.
Nikolaj has a particular focus on the technology sector, where he serves as DreistStorgaard’s contact person to Tech Nordic Advocates, Future Entrepreneurs of Denmark, Go Zebra, among others. He also teaches and provides pro bono legal advice on applicable legislation. In addition, he has a strong focus on the food and energy sectors.
