Dan has more than 20 years of experience advising clients across a broad range of legal matters. He is admitted to appear before the Danish Supreme Court and has extensive litigation experience, having represented clients before the Danish district courts, the Eastern and Western High Courts, and the Danish Arbitration Board. He has significant expertise in dispute resolution and civil litigation.

In addition, Dan is an appointed defence counsel before the District Court of Holbæk and the Eastern High Court of Denmark.

His practice includes tenancy law, foreclosure proceedings, family and inheritance law, including probate and estate administration, as well as succession planning for small and medium-sized enterprises.

Before joining the firm, Dan gained commercial experience with PwC and Danske Bank A/S, advising businesses on a wide range of commercial matters, including those relating to agricultural enterprises. He is also affiliated with the Danish Association of Agricultural Lawyers.

Dan serves as an External Lecturer in Commercial Law at the University of Southern Denmark and is an external examiner at the university. He has also been appointed by the Danish Bar and Law Society as an examiner for the Danish bar examinations.

Deeply engaged in the local business community, Dan is active in professional networks across Holbæk and West Zealand.
