Allan advises both private individuals and businesses, combining legal expertise with a deep understanding of the human aspects of every case. In addition to his legal practice, Allan serves as a court-appointed mediator at the Eastern High Court of Denmark and is recognised as an experienced mediator by the Danish Mediation Institute. He uses mediation and other forms of constructive dispute resolution to help clients move forward, particularly in matters where collaboration, communication, and preserving relationships are essential to resolving complex conflicts.

Protreptic Dialogue – A Philosophical Approach to Reflection

Allan is a certified protreptic practitioner. Protreptic dialogue is a philosophical method of conversation that encourages people to reflect on their values, purpose, and direction in life. Rooted in ancient philosophy and further developed in Denmark by Professor Ole Fogh Kirkeby, it forms an integral part of Allan's approach to leadership, legal advisory work, and conflict resolution. In 2023, Allan was named Protreptic Practitioner of the Year.
