Tine Elise Kristensen

Tine advises on family property law matters, in particular with a special focus on protecting, optimising and transferring wealth during lifetime and upon death. This may take place, for example, through the drafting of wills, prenuptial agreements, co-ownership agreements, powers of attorney, family loans and deeds of gift.

In addition, Tine assists her clients in matters concerning the legal position of unmarried cohabiting partners, termination of cohabitation, separation, divorce, spousal maintenance and division of matrimonial property. As a graduate student, Tine wrote the book Compendium on Divorce Law, which was published by Kompendieforlaget. This has given her a solid professional foundation for working with the field in practice.

Furthermore, Tine has extensive experience advising on the purchase and sale of real property and the conveyancing of residential property transactions, including family transfers, as well as advising on the establishment of future powers of attorney.
