Tine advises on family wealth and succession matters, with a particular focus on protecting, structuring, and transferring wealth during lifetime and upon death. Her work includes the preparation of wills, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, powers of attorney, family loan agreements, and deeds of gift.

She also advises clients on matters relating to the legal status of unmarried cohabitants, separation, divorce, spousal maintenance, and the division of assets. While completing her law degree, Tine authored the Compendium on Danish Divorce Law, published by Kompendieforlaget, providing her with a strong academic foundation in the field.

In addition, Tine has extensive experience advising on residential property transactions, including conveyancing, family transfers of property, and the establishment of lasting powers of attorney.
