Nikolaj has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, including both national and international experience. He has worked for two English law firms as well as a firm with offices in the Nordics and the Baltics.
Nikolaj works, among other things, with corporate transactions, financial transactions and fintech companies, contracts, startups/scale-ups and entrepreneurship, as well as international projects.
Nikolaj is particularly engaged in the tech industry, where he is DreistStorgaard’s contact person for Tech Nordic Advocates, Future Entrepreneurs of Denmark, Go Zebra and others, and teaches and provides pro bono advice on applicable legislation. In addition, Nikolaj has a particular focus on the food industry and the energy sector.
