Dan Jordy

Dan has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, has rights of audience before the Supreme Court, and has handled a significant number of court cases in the country’s district courts as well as before the Eastern and Western High Courts, and has also conducted a large number of cases before the Arbitration Board, giving him extensive experience in litigation and dispute resolution.

In addition, Dan is an appointed defence counsel at the District Court of Holbæk and the Eastern High Court

Dan works with tenancy law, forced sales by auction, family and inheritance matters, including estate administration, as well as succession planning for small and medium-sized businesses.

He has business experience, including from PWC and Danske Bank A/S, and has worked with commercial matters, including agricultural businesses, and is affiliated with Danish Agricultural Lawyers.

Dan is also an external Lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark, where he teaches Commercial Law and serves as an external Examiner at the University of Southern Denmark. He has also been appointed by the Danish Bar and Law Society to serve as an Examiner in connection with the administration of the Bar Exams for Danish trainee attorneys.

Dan is particularly engaged in the local area around Holbæk and West Zealand and is active in business networks.
