DAN JORDY

Dan has more than 20 years of experience in the industry, has the right to appear before the Supreme Court and has conducted a significant number of court cases both in the country’s district courts and at the Eastern and Western High Courts, as well as led a larger number of cases at the Arbitration Board and thus extensive experience in procedural law and dispute resolution. In addition, Dan is a benefited defense lawyer at the Court in Holbæk and the Eastern District Court.

Dan deals with tenancy law, forced auctions, family and inheritance law matters including estate processing and generational change of small and medium-sized companies. He has work experience from, among others, PWC and Danske Bank A/S and has worked with commercial matters, including agricultural companies, and is associated with Danske Landbrugsadvokater.

Dan is also an external lecturer at the University of Southern Denmark, where he teaches commercial law and works as an external censor at the University of Southern Denmark. He has also been appointed by the Bar Association to act as Censor in connection with the administration of Bar examinations for Danish barristers.
