DreistStorgaard advises Sustainable Advantage on Danish acquisition

DreistStorgaard, together with the British law firm Hill Dickinson, has advised Sustainable Advantage Ltd on its acquisition of a majority stake in SustainX ApS.

Sustainable Advantage advises businesses on sustainability, ESG, energy optimisation and waste management, among other areas. Through its investment in SustainX, the company strengthens its position in the Nordic market. This is Sustainable Advantage’s third international acquisition, following previous acquisitions in France and Ireland.

At DreistStorgaard, Sustainable Advantage was advised by partners Nikolaj Juhl Hansen and Nicholas Ørum Keller and associate Nadia Vinther. The advice was provided in close collaboration with Hill Dickinson, whose team was led by partner Ian Riggs.

The existing owners of SustainX were advised by Plesner, led by partner Søren Kjærgaard Rasmussen.
