DreistStorgaard has secured a strong position in the international IFLR1000 ranking for M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions). As the only law firm ranked in Tier 4, DreistStorgaard is positioned immediately behind 12 of Denmark’s largest and most established M&A law firms.
IFLR1000 is an international legal ranking that assesses law firms’ work in areas including financial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.
This year’s Danish M&A ranking features 23 law firms. DreistStorgaard’s position reflects the development of its M&A practice over recent years.
For many years, DreistStorgaard has advised Danish businesses on acquisitions, succession planning, disposals and other legal matters relating to their development and growth.
At the same time, the firm has strengthened its international network and collaboration with law firms abroad. In 2024 and 2025 alone, DreistStorgaard was involved in more than 65 cross-border transactions.
