Then you may be the person we are looking for.  <\/strong><\/p>\n<h3>About the position<\/h3>\n<p>As a case handler in our real estate team, you will play a central role in handling property transactions\u2014primarily for estate agents, but with the opportunity to also work on other real estate-related tasks.<\/p>\n<p>You will be responsible for your own cases and work closely with legal case handlers, estate agents and lawyers. There is a short path to advice and decisions, and the focus is on quality, progress and professional dialogue with all parties. <\/p>\n<h3>Your tasks<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Independent case handling of residential property transactions from start to finish<\/li>\n<li>Drafting and handling purchase agreements and addenda<\/li>\n<li>Obtaining, reviewing and quality-assuring documents<\/li>\n<li>Dialogue with estate agents, buyers, sellers and other parties<\/li>\n<li>Completion and closing of property transactions<\/li>\n<li>Potentially buyer advisory services and other real estate law tasks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>We offer<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>A day-to-day role with a high professional standard and a focus on quality<\/li>\n<li>An informal and supportive working environment<\/li>\n<li>A role with responsibility and trust<\/li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional development in a growing law firm<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Your profile<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience as a case handler within property transactions (e.g., from an estate agency, law firm or similar)<\/li>\n<li>A structured and quality-conscious approach to your work<\/li>\n<li>You thrive with responsibility and independent tasks<\/li>\n<li>You want to be part of a strong professional team and contribute actively<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The position is well suited to you if you want independent responsibility combined with professional sparring and development in a legal environment.<\/p>\n<h3>About us<\/h3>\n<p>You will become part of our real estate team in K\u00f8ge, where we provide advice on buying and selling homes, completion of property transactions, case handling for estate agents, and the sale of homes via DreistStorgaard Bolighandel.
